Starving Wolves Moon

Starving Wolves Moon

World full of crests and troughs    Oh how we get caught up
Confused  hopers posing as knowers of  meanings
Meanwhile mommy is wailing away in the misery of the moment
We gotta do what we gotta do according to our aspiration
   and understanding.
Today I saw a hawk atop a road kill deer   Death warmed over
The passerby blesses the feast. More time for the hunted.
The scavenger yogi leaves no scars on this dreamed world.
But we are slaves to our senses. Imprisoned by entertainment.
Inaccessible for now to our intrinsic nature.
A little bit of empathy yields anxiety, discomfort, and prayer.
Love is a broken heart and a door to awakened mind.
Fuel is that which attends prana
She lives on the edge of every moment ready to leap to the next.
Dakini mind. Space and awareness inseparable.

World full of bests and worsts    Oh how we get caught up
Mad fearers posing as creators of art
Meanwhile mommy is harvesting what she sowed.
The cruel teacher, Cause and Effect, leaves us frost-bitten
   and gasping .
I fear death for I know not that which is to be known.
I have not abandoned that which is to be abandoned
I have not achieved that which is to be achieved.
I do not rely on that which is to be relied upon.
Here is a boat. Yon shore of fearlessness and deathlessness
is said to be reachable by method and wisdom.
To care for you  is the supreme activity little by little
Bliss turns into a starving pet and an assassinated ruler
Clarity changes to a god’s arrogance
Non-thought ends up aeons of lost service
Solitude is a delicate dance with selfishness
We would do best to give up all these ridiculous schemes.
