The Eye of the Raven
Nothing’s concealed from the eye of the raven
The lover’s desire nor the warrior’s pride
And when she roams, the sky is her haven
From her all secrets in vain try to hide
Though ye be a king, a merchant, or beggar
Ye cannot wander beyond
The eye of the raven
To those all unkind her gaze will seem sullen
To those of warm care her gaze will agree
And she will attend the fates of the fallen
And she will collect all the flesh as a fee
And when she glides down your soul to be taken
Then know you have been spotted by
The eye of the raven
She roams the lands lush and too the lands barren
And she will tear all the flesh from the bone
The raven sees all the world is her warren
She watches the door that we must pass alone
The raven she sees all the prints in the aether
Her black form comes down for to give
The kiss of the raven
Nothing’s concealed from the eye of the raven
The lover’s desire nor the warrior’s pride
And when she roams, the sky is her haven
From her all secrets in vain try to hide
Though ye be a king, a merchant, or beggar
Ye cannot wander beyond
The eye of the raven
