Full Moon Illuminates Wisdom Forms

Clear and Luminous

All is Reflected in the Crystal Clear Lake of Mind

Clouds hide the Sun

Yet Clouds are Space from which they appear to arise and in which they appear to abide

Fear, anxiety, desire, and all these disturbances appear to arise from the undisturbed mind

Division is the illusion of unawareness

Great Compassion is the Hero of All Beings

Seeing, hearing, and knowing all sorrow and pain, 

   yet blissfully ever vanquishing delusion every instant

To sit under your depiction and recite your deeds and qualities is a great privilege

To be able to contemplate the unfathomable qualities of the Wisdom Mother is a vast and     

   profound treasure without boundary

To let go of all craving for glory of the self is to lose a sickening burden

Let us all do just that!

Let us all enjoy great privilege, explore vast and profound treasure, and be free of burden

In Time we stand at various gates where various experiences will befall us

May we tend the moments well and remember to remember

Then may we see further within Time and remember before disturbance arises

Then may we see further yet and liberate all the sprouting seeds as they appear

As I and others enter the long sunset of life cycle, may we enjoy the richness of its beauty

May we peacefully experience the splendid array of colors and the soft glow of the dusk

All that happens is the Nature of Awakening

May we understand this perfectly every moment

May we offer incomparable mandalas of friendliness, compassion, joy, and equanimity to

   one another and abide in these immeasurable realms of refuge

Deeper Knowing may we find with effort and ease both

Remember to avoid the net of the usual path of forgetful confusion

Tame the beast

Avoid the pitfalls, Embrace the calm alertness of kindness, and Tame the mad, feral beast

These words are mere echoes of echoes of the words of great sages

Yet they still retain medicinal qualities

Enlightenment is merely the healing of the sickness of delusion

Let us do what the Great Doctor has prescribed

Let us ever imbibe the medicine of the liberating paths

Let the Big Luminous Moon of Mindfulness light our way
